My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The rooms, though clean and quiet, were on different floors even though I booked both at the same time. The service was friendly and professional, but some facilities like dry cleaning and laundry were lacking. The location was convenient to get around E'ville, but it was marred by some noisy disturbances. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay but had room for improvement in certain areas.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, making it a quiet haven for relaxation. However, they are not conveniently located if you are looking for lively surroundings. The service was fantastic, especially when I had an issue with the pack 'n play for my small children; they were super customer service-oriented, provided me with a fan, and adjusted my bill accordingly. The location was great, near restaurants and shopping, and just a short distance from my family's place. However, there was an issue with my credit card being charged twice. The dining experience was a great way to start the day with excellent variety, although more variety would have been welcomed. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.

The hotel was a nice surprise with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, especially for shopping and dining. The breakfast was good but could be warmer at times. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
